为进一步做好当地人才储备和人才培养，墨西哥工厂于11月24日参加了萨尔蒂约科技大学举办的校园招聘会，受到学生们的热情简历投递，为下一步组织面试和人才获取，奠定坚实的基础。
招聘会开幕前，为表彰和感谢墨西哥工厂对招聘会的大力支持和积极参与，萨尔蒂约科技大学为我们颁发了认证证书。墨西哥工厂也是本届招聘会中唯一收到该奖项的公司。
上午十时，在简单又不失隆重的开幕式后，本届招聘会正式开始。在火热的招聘会现场，墨西哥工厂招聘人员热情地为同学们介绍公司发展、招聘岗位并进行初步面试沟通。在现场，同学们排起长队等待面试。
不少同学表示，之前参加过公司开放日的参观活动，对三花墨西哥工厂非常感兴趣，希望能得到实习机会提升自己的专业能力和丰富实践。
据了解，萨尔蒂约科技大学是墨西哥科阿韦拉州最负有盛名的科技大学，成立于1951年，目前共有学生6700多人。本次招聘会共有超过40多家企业参加，并提供超过1200个实习、就业岗位，其中不乏戴姆勒，通用，麦格纳，延锋等汽车制造行业的优质企业。
下午3时本届招聘会圆满结束，墨西哥工厂收到了近100份简历，进一步简历筛选和面试沟通正在进行中。

The Mexican factory was also the only company to receive the award.At 10 am, after a simple but grand opening ceremony, the beginning of the job fair was officially announced. In the hot job fair site, SAM recruiters enthusiastically introduced the company's development, recruitment positions and conducted preliminary interview and communication for students. Many students expressed that they had participated in the company's Open Day and were very interested in SAM. They hoped to have an internship opportunity to improve their professional ability and enrich their practice.Saltillo University of Science and Technology is the most prestigious university of technology in the state of Coahuila, Mexico. It was founded in 1951 and currently has more than 6700 students.
